General Policies
The goals of this breeder are to strive for correct type as stated by the FCI (Italian) standards, good health, stable temperments and wonderful companions.
PrideNJoyz Cane Corso must approve each family and we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone at anytime and for any reason. Remember a Cane Corso is not for everyone. Our policies help us to make every possible effort to place our puppies in capable, responsible, loving homes.
All puppies receive individual human attention and interaction on a daily basis from the moment of birth. We realize the importance of early socialization and stimulation for developing temperament and take this responsibility seriously.
PrideNJoyz puppies will have their rear dewclaws removed (if necessary) and their tails docked. PrideNJoyz will microchip, vaccinate and deworm each puppy. Families will receive this documentaiton in their Puppy Package.
PrideNJoyz wants our puppies to grow up to be your best companion. For this reason, we require that families complete puppy kindergarten and at least one basic obedience class with their puppy.
Pet/companion puppies are required to be spayed/neutered.
Registration
The litter will be registered with FCPR plus the following registry: AKCFSS.
AKCFSS (American Kennel Club Foundation Stock Service) both offer limited registration. Upon proof of completing puppy kindergarten, your AKCFSS papers will be mailed to you.
FCPR (Federacion Canofila de Puerto Rico) is the designated FCI registry for the USA. FCPR does NOT offer limited registration therefore puppies without breeding rights, will receive their FCI papers upon proof of spay/neuter (and puppy kindergarten).
Guarantee
We guarantee our puppies to be free of crippling hip dysplasia and congenital health defects for their first 26 months of age. We will be more than happy to forward a copy of the contract to you so you can review our terms.
Reservations
Reservations are done by picking order with temperament matching in mind. All applications must be approved then you may select your puppy at 8 weeks of age in the order your deposit arrived. Deposits are nonrefundable unless we do not have a puppy of the sex and quality you reserved within 12 months of placing your deposit.
